Jake Huck

Regional Manager, Public Works at MSA

Jake serves as regional manager for the Public Works service line in the firm’s southern region. In this role, he leads multiple teams of professionals tasked with helping municipal clients of all sizes address their infrastructure needs including streets, water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, housing and other general municipal work. Jake has over 16 years of experience at MSA, with personal expertise including land development; downtown and streetscape planning and design; urban roadway design; and park and trail planning and design.

Jake has enjoyed working on a variety of unique municipal projects that improve the quality of life enjoyed by the residents in MSA’s client communities ranging from outdoor athletic courts and ball fields to permeable paver parking lots and alleys. He serves as City Engineer for three communities ranging in size from 800 to 6,000 residents. Jake is proud to lead growing and successful teams in the firm’s Dubuque, Bettendorf and Ankeny offices who are ready to tackle any client project, large or small, simple or complex.

Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Iowa.
