Joseph Parchem

Director of Information Technology at MSA

Joseph joined MSA in 2004. He has since worked to streamline internal processes, eliminate waste through automation and tie systems together for better data accuracy. As the Director of Information Technology, he helps the firm determine the proper direction of technology to meet both the strategic intentions and goals of MSA as well as the needs and expectations of clients.

As a member of the Leadership Team, Joseph’s role ties him into all business units, providing the perspective needed to assist MSA with its goals, through technology. Whether creating a global file system, implementing the proper software for client deliverables, assisting human resources with the employee experience through automation and reporting, helping to define processes of project management, enabling work sharing, or helping to lean out the efficiency of the proposal process for marketing – Joseph and the IT department work side by side to support all MSA employees.

Joseph is a Baraboo, Wisconsin, native and enjoys the bluffs and largest state park, Devil’s Lake, if he is not in some other state backpacking with friends and family. He is actively involved in the leadership of the national Vision Power Users Group and a member of ACEC IT. Having started in 2004, all three of Joseph’s children are MSA babies and they always shout “MSA” as they pass the corporate headquarters in town.
