Karrie Willis

Karrie is an outside member of MSA’s board of directors, bringing over 28 years of experience in financial organization, board leadership, mergers and acquisitions, ERP system implementation and change management.

Karrie joins the board as chief financial officer at SMITH, a full-service digital agency with expertise in commerce technology, custom architecture and software development. In this role, she is responsible for the financial management of the company, as well as human resources, data privacy and security, investor relations, financial reporting and analysis. Karrie also leads all SMITH mergers and acquisitions initiatives and is an executive sponsor and member of the company’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee.
