VP, Mobility Service Line Lead at MSA

Kevin is based in the Madison, Wisconsin office and serves as vice president and Mobility service line lead for the firm. Since beginning with the firm as an intern in 2000, Kevin has been involved in MSA’s full breadth of transportation projects, including Roadways, Bridges, Airports, Traffic & Roundabouts, Construction Management, and Real Estate Acquisition. Projects have been completed to serve state, local, institutional and private clients throughout the country.

Kevin has served as project manager for a variety of roadway improvement projects ranging from complex freeway and interchange designs to local road improvement projects. His expertise in managing corridor studies has allowed him to interact with many of the firm’s technical experts in areas such as water resources, planning, environmental engineering and surveying. The combination of technical expertise and practical real-world design experience allows the Mobility team to provide realistic, win-win solutions that improve the movement of people and goods safely and efficiently.

Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Georgia. He has been active with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and enjoys volunteering in his local community for both technical and recreational opportunities.
