Leah Rhodes

Bridge Design Team Leader at MSA

Leah joined MSA in 2010 and currently serves as MSA’s bridge design team leader. She was selected to join the firm’s board of director’s in October, 2020, and fulfills both roles from the Baraboo, Wisconsin, location.

As the bridge design team leader, Leah provides project management and bridge design for a variety of transportation projects, specializing in the replacement and rehabilitation of bridges. She is an active participant in Bridge Technical Meetings with the WisDOT Bureau of Structures and applies the most current in industry trends and procedures to her day-to-day duties. She enjoys using her communication skills and experience to meet project milestones and deliver quality projects for clients. Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and is a licensed professional engineer in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
