Rob Uphoff

SVP, Public Works Service Line Lead at MSA

Rob, who joined MSA in 1989, is senior vice president and Public Works service line lead for the firm. Based in Baraboo, Wisconsin, he has been planning, designing and constructing infrastructure system needs for municipalities for over 30 years.

Rob’s skill set is exemplified by his breadth of projects which include municipal infrastructure improvements—including urban roadway planning, design and construction, municipal water supply and distribution planning, design and construction, stormwater planning, design, and construction, municipal sewer collection design and construction. These projects include planning, estimating, scheduling, and coordination with funding programs, as well as fulfilling requirements of State and local governmental review agencies.

In addition, Rob is highly experienced in water supply and storage projects and highly familiar with water system modeling, planning, design and construction.

Rob graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in civil engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin and is also a member of the Wisconsin Rural Water Association.
