Todd Halvorson, GISP, has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as GIS Solutions Administrator at MSA Professional Services since May 1998, where responsibilities include managing GIS solutions for government agencies and utilities, as well as implementing technology and workflow processes in ArcGIS Online. Prior to this role, Todd was Director at Columbia County, where significant contributions included initiating GIS and Land Records Modernization efforts and establishing the WI-DOT HARN Network. Todd also gained valuable experience as a GIS Specialist in Door County. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained from 1981 to 1987.
