Andrew Nalepa

Andrew Nalepa began their work experience in 1994 as a Design Engineer at CSE Corporation. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Test Engineer at Contraves. In 2000, Nalepa joined Tollgrade Communications as a Senior Firmware Engineer until 2008. Since 2008, they have been working at MSA - The Safety Company, starting as a Sr. Staff Engineer and progressing to the roles of Principal Engineer and Software Engineering Team Lead.

From 1988 to 1993, Andrew Nalepa attended Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
