Frank Urbaniak

Frank Urbaniak is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Advisor at MSA - The Safety Company since December 2009, Frank has held multiple titles, including Executive Director of HR for Global Operational Excellence and Director of Global Talent Management, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance to corporate teams and supporting global manufacturing operations. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Ellwood Steel, PPG Industries, and U.S. Gypsum Company, with a focus on both union and non-union environments. Frank holds an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
