Jose Manuel Sanchez

Jose Manuel Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jose Manuel currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at MSA - The Safety Company. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Global Operations and the Executive Director of Operations - International at the same company.

In addition, Sanchez also has experience as a Board Member at Onesta and previously held leadership positions at SRG Global, TMD Friction, and Mecanitzats Parés. At SRG Global, they served as the Managing Director for Europe and Asia-Pacific, Managing Director for Asia, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Quality Manager. During their tenure, they successfully turned around a loss-making plant in Poland, secured new business partnerships with various automotive companies, and implemented automation processes for increased efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Sanchez worked as a Quality Manager at TMD Friction and Mecanitzats Parés. Their responsibilities included ensuring quality across manufacturing operations and managing key customer accounts. Jose Manuel received recognition for their problem-solving skills while working at SRG Global, earning the JAGUAR-LAND ROVER Award for X-functional problem solving in 2011.

Jose Manuel Sanchez completed their education as follows:

In 1998, they enrolled at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering. Jose Manuel completed this program in 2002.

In 2002, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering. This program lasted from 2002 to 2005.

Later, in 2010, Jose Manuel Sanchez attended the IESE Business School, where they pursued an Executive MBA. Jose Manuel completed this degree in 2012.

During the same year, in 2012, they enrolled at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and earned a diploma in China business development.

Most recently, in 2022, Jose Manuel Sanchez attended the Harvard Business School, where they completed the Corporate Director Program.
