Lisa Beers

Lisa Beers is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and digital manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Manufacturing Engineer at MSA - The Safety Company and a Pyrotechnician at Pyrotecnico, Lisa brings a rich background from Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., where held the roles of Quality Engineer II and Supplier Quality Engineer II. Responsibilities included supporting production quality, leading process improvements, and managing the Quintera software project. Prior experience at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer II and Electrical Engineer II further enhanced skills in supplier quality management and electrical engineering. Lisa began her career with an Engineering Internship at Eaton Corporation after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University in 2008.
