Nicole Craft

Nicole Craft (Henry) is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people management and employee relations. Currently serving as Principal HR Partner - People Experience at MSA - The Safety Company since July 2023, Nicole supports various manufacturing sites and field services. Previous roles include Senior HRBP at MSA and multiple positions at UPMC from 2017 to 2023, where expertise in employee relations and HR consulting was developed. Additional experience includes Human Resources Specialist at Highmark Health and Human Resources Manager Intern at DKI Investments. Nicole began her career as a Supervisor at Dairy Queen. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
