Polina Antonova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as a Principal HR Advisor at MSA - The Safety Company since September 2018, Polina leads global projects focused on organizational redesign, change management, and talent retention.
