Rick Coldren

Rick Coldren is a legal professional specializing in intellectual property and product counsel, currently serving as Senior Counsel for Product and Intellectual Property at MSA - The Safety Company since July 2021. Coldren oversees the company’s patent and trademark portfolio, including the management of acquisitions, docket processes, and outside counsel, while providing legal advice on various intellectual property transactions. Previous experience includes roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Vincent College, Negotiator at West Virginia University, and Senior Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Company, among others, offering comprehensive expertise in intellectual property law.
