Steve Blanco

Steve Blanco has a significant work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steve started their career at Visteon, where they served as a Plant Manager in Bedford, IN from 2003 to 2005. Steve then moved on to Automotive Components Holdings, LLC, where they worked as a Plant Manager from 2005 to 2006. Blanco then joined Eaton Electrical, initially serving as Vice President of Operations Excellence from 2006 to 2010, followed by a role as Vice President of Manufacturing from 2006 to 2012. Since 2012, Blanco has been associated with MSA - The Safety Company, where they held various leadership positions. Steve began as Vice President of Global Operations Excellence from 2012 to 2015, then served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for the US and Canada from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Blanco was President of MSA Americas, responsible for the company's business interests in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Currently, Blanco holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at MSA - The Safety Company.
