Hardik Panchal has extensive work experience in the IT and software development industry. Hardik started their career as a Team Manager at Ziback E-services Pvt Ltd, where they provided software publishing consultancy and offshore data processing solutions.

Hardik then joined I-Serve Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects and specialized in back-office solutions and quality management. Hardik also had successful on-site assignments in the United Kingdom.

After that, Hardik worked at MSBC Group in various roles. As the General Manager of Orgadata & Fenestration ERP Business, they were responsible for marketing and sales of software products. Hardik also held the position of Head - International ITES II ISMS Manager, where they developed new markets and segments, and managed client relationships.
