Agata Sasso (Kopec) is an accomplished Crew Safeguarding & HR Projects Manager at MSC Cruises, with a tenure beginning in April 2016. Sasso oversees the global crew safeguarding process for 30,000 employees, focusing on activation, personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives. As a previous HR Manager - Crew Safeguarding, Sasso managed the safeguarding process for crewmembers and drove various HR projects aimed at systematic improvements in alignment with global business objectives.
