Capt. Rinaldo Marossa is currently the Head of Crew Management at MSC Cruises, where they leverage their extensive experience in human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations for marine crew. Previously, Rinaldo held leadership roles at Carnival Cruise Lines, including Director of HR Deck & Engine, and has a diverse background as a Deck Officer with CORSICA FERRIES, HOME LINES, and ALMARE. Rinaldo's educational foundation includes a Master Mariner degree from the Nautical Academy. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, Rinaldo is recognized for their operational optimization and union negotiation skills.
