Thierry Beyeler

Thierry Beyeler is an accomplished aviation professional and leadership consultant with extensive experience in both piloting and training roles. Currently serving as a Captain on the Airbus A-220 at Swiss International Air Lines since January 2024, Thierry's previous roles include Senior First Officer on the A330 and Peer Pilot Support. As a leadership consultant and trainer with Swissnova Swiss, Thierry emphasizes coaching leaders and conducting training based on scientific findings. Thierry has also held significant positions at Credit Suisse as Vice-President of Group Leadership Development and as a co-president of the Alumni Chapter Bern at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
