Ciro Cinque

Ciro Cinque has extensive experience in dining operations management, currently serving as Dining Operations Manager at MSC since November 1997. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the daily operations of a five-level Dining Room with a capacity of 5,750 seats, overseeing room service for 2,100 cabins, and managing over 400 employees, alongside monitoring buffet operations for 1,300 seats. Previously, Ciro held the position of Assistant Corporate Manager Dining Service, focusing on the planning and implementation of dining programs across the fleet of 12 ships. Additional roles include Assistant Maitre D'hotel and Chef de Rang at various prestigious establishments, including Hotel Covo Dei Saraceni and Hote le Sirenuse.
