Erik held various leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark, including CX & Marketing Director for North America, where responsibilities encompassed crafting customer-centric marketing strategies and analytics. Erik's extensive experience also includes marketing roles at Urjanet, PGi, EarthLink, WebMD, and LexisNexis, demonstrating a strong capacity to enhance brand awareness and optimize customer engagement. Erik holds an M.S. from Northwestern University and a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
