Ethan Hawkes

Ethan Hawkes serves as Vice President of Onboard Revenue at MSC Cruises, where responsibilities include leading the onboard commercial strategy for the U.S. Previously, Ethan was the Head of Partner Success and Experiences at Hopper Technology Solutions, following a tenure as CEO and Co-Founder of PlacePass, which created a global marketplace for tours and activities and achieved significant revenue growth before its acquisition by Hopper. Earlier experience includes roles as Associate Partner and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on customer experience and business transformation in the Travel and Hospitality Practice, as well as positions at USAID and Quechee Club. Ethan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and an M.B.A. from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from MIT Professional Education.
