Giuseppe Campagna

Giuseppe Campagna is an experienced professional in the cruise industry, currently serving as Brand Performance Manager for Product Development & Guest Experience at MSC Cruises since July 2018. In this role, Giuseppe collaborates with the VP Hotel Operations and other operational teams to enhance guest experiences and ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures. Giuseppe's previous experience includes over a decade at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where roles ranged from Manager Hotel Operations to Guest Services Manager on several of the largest cruise ships, focusing on improving service quality and operational efficiency. Giuseppe's career began at Royal Caribbean International as a Concierge, having also worked as a Food and Beverage Intern early in the career. Giuseppe holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Scuola Normale Superiore.
