Heidi Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the contact center and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Contact Center at MSC Cruises since July 2022, Heidi previously held key roles such as Sr. Director Patient Experience Center at myOrthos and various positions at Carnival Cruise Line, including Director of Training and Guest Experience. With a solid background in managing sales teams, developing training modules, and enhancing customer relationships, Heidi also brings experience from Kforce Technology as an Account Manager and from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various managerial capacities.
