Stephanie Jansen

Stephanie Jansen is a seasoned professional in the field of creative and theatrical production, currently serving as the Director of Creative & Theatrical Production at MSC Cruises since January 2024. Previously, Stephanie was the Sr. Manager of Theatrical Production at Celebrity Cruises, Inc., from October 2014 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the artistic execution of theatrical shows and managing creative teams. Additionally, Stephanie acted as Casting Director for dancers and circus acts, conducting auditions to hire elite talent annually. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles as Rehearsal Director and Choreographer at Royal Caribbean International, along with significant performance roles across various companies. Stephanie holds a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Cologne and a Master of Science in the same field from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
