John Minor

John Minor is an accomplished professional in industrial engineering with extensive experience in process improvement and logistics. Currently serving as Manager of Industrial Engineering Methods Improvement at MSC Industrial Supply Co. since March 2016, John has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams, developing engineered standards, and performing work measurement analyses to optimize processes. Previously, John held roles at West Monroe Partners focusing on workforce optimization for distribution centers, and completed internships at American Greetings and NASA Glenn Research Center, where contributions included time studies and antenna design. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
