Raymond Hess

Raymond Hess is an experienced finance professional specializing in accounts receivable, credit, and collections management. Currently serving as Credit & Collection Manager at MSC Industrial Supply Co. since October 2015, Raymond oversees the Eastern US collections, Class C Solutions group, and public sector business, managing a team and 33,125 customers with $183 million in open receivables. Prior to MSC, Raymond held the position of Director of AR, Credit and Collections at Maersk Line from February 2007 to October 2015, overseeing customer-facing operations for US Commercial Accounts Receivable with a portfolio of 6,800 active customers. Raymond's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager at GE Money Bank and Director of AR at Belk Stores Services, where responsibilities included managing call center operations and a $450 million customer credit card portfolio.
