Susan McAlinn

Susan McAlinn has extensive experience in inside sales and project management, primarily within the fastener and steel service industries. Currently an Inside Sales/On-Site Associate at MSC Industrial Supply since February 2013, Susan is responsible for managing tooling inventory for a prestigious fastener manufacturer. Previous roles include inside sales positions at Penn Stainless Products, where responsibilities encompassed generating product quotations and interpreting customer prints, and at various fastener distributors, such as Tower Fasteners and Plastic and Metal Products, focusing on procurement and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Susan has significant experience in project management and application engineering from earlier tenure at ABB, overseeing projects related to electrical equipment for transit authorities. Susan holds two Associate degrees in Business and Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
