Mustafa al-Rikabi

Mustafa Al-Rikabi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and management. Currently serving as Director at MSCEB since December 2023, Mustafa held the role of Divisional Director at both Hurley Palmer Flatt and HDR from May 2018 to April 2024. Prior to these roles, Mustafa was Associate Director at Waterman Group and Principal Structural Engineer at AECOM from July 2007 to February 2016. Earlier career positions include Senior Structural Engineer at KEO International Consultants and Structural Engineer at DXB Lab. Mustafa holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Technology - Iraq and a Bachelor of Engineering (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Saddam University.
