Advay M. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development, currently serving as Vice President of Technology at MSCI Inc. since April 2018. In this role, Advay leads the design and implementation of a new data platform, aligning technology initiatives with business needs. Previous positions include Senior Associate at MSCI, where responsibilities included managing the ESG Index Document Acquisition platform and migrating applications to Microsoft Azure, and roles at Collabera, LTI, Hexaware Technologies, Deloitte, and Trigyn Technologies, focusing on Java and related technologies. Advay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shivaji University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic, Kolhapur.
