Andrea Pena

Andrea Pena is an experienced professional in data operations and investment analysis, currently serving as an ESG Data Operations Senior Associate at MSCI Inc. since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Corporate Governance Operations team and managing workflows while acting as a liaison with data vendors. Previous positions include Senior Investment Analyst and Delegated Reporting sub-team Head at Willis Towers Watson, where management of reporting requirements and process improvements was a key focus, as well as earlier roles at MSCI and JPMorgan Chase, where data analysis and corporate governance decisions were critical components. Andrea Pena holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from De La Salle University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Communications with a focus on Marketing Research at the same institution.
