Craig Carter

Craig Carter is the current Managing Director and Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at MSCI Inc., where they leverage extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate development. Previously, Craig served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan, advising clients on significant transactions with a total volume exceeding $160 billion. Notably, they held the position of CFO and Vice President of Strategic Planning at Urban Prep Academies, significantly increasing the organization’s revenue and developing an ambitious expansion strategy. Craig received a JD/MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an MBA from The Wharton School. Additionally, they began their career as a Summer Financial Analyst at Ford Motor Company and gained consulting experience at Oliver Wyman.
