Florin Iarca

Florin Iarca currently serves as Executive Director for Private Assets in Client Coverage at MSCI Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Florin held the position of Head of Sales for EMEA at Real Capital Analytics Limited, which was acquired by MSCI, from 2019 to 2021, and served as Country Manager at Datscha UK Limited during the same period. Florin's experience at Datscha UK Limited also includes serving as Head of Sales from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Florin worked as a Trader at Admiral Markets Group from 2014 to 2016, and founded Personal Venture from 2012 to 2015, achieving impressive global product distribution and revenue growth. Educationally, Florin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Canterbury Christ Church University (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Engineering from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (2007-2011).
