Kunal Sharma

Kunal Sharma is a climate change and sustainability professional with 15 years of experience in areas such as project due diligence, carbon accounting, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Vice President of ESG Sector and Thematic Research at MSCI Inc., Kunal has previously held roles as a Senior Sustainability Leader at GE Vernova and a Programme Officer at UN Climate Change. Kunal also contributed to the climate change program at SGS and worked at Uniper as a Senior Sustainability Advisor. Kunal earned degrees in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Sustainable Finance from the University of Oxford.
