László Arany

László Arany is an Executive Director of Quantitative Research at MSCI Inc., where leadership of the Performance Analytics Research team involves focusing on performance attribution of multi-asset class portfolios and managing a team of quantitative researchers. Previous roles include Vice President and Scrum Master at MSCI Inc. and Engineering Consultant at Atkins, where László developed software tools for engineering analyses. László's academic background includes a PhD in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol, a Master’s Degree in Engineering Modelling from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the same institution. Additional experience includes teaching assistant positions in mathematics, mechanics, and signal processing, as well as roles in IT support and mechanical engineering internships.
