Leigh Bowler

Leigh Bowler is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Regional HR and HR Effectiveness at MSCI Inc. since 2016, Leigh previously held multiple senior-level positions at Motorola Mobility, including Vice President Human Resources under both Lenovo and Google, as well as Vice President of Compensation. Leigh began a long career at Motorola Inc. in 1989, advancing through progressively responsible HR roles culminating as Senior Director of Business Human Resources in the Mobile Devices Division. Academically, Leigh holds a Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master's Degree from Texas Christian University.
