Steve Panek

Steve Panek is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Vice President at MSCI Inc. since October 2024, Steve's previous role as Head of Finance at Connected Asset Management from January 2022 to November 2024 involved leading financial strategy and operations. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Business Controller at Natixis Investment Managers where responsibilities included overseeing a budget exceeding €250 million annually. Experience also includes positions at State Street as a Business Analyst focusing on automation initiatives, and JPMorgan Chase, where contributions to the business banking sector included developing KPIs and profitability reporting. Steve began a career in finance as an Account Executive at Allied Integrated Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University.
