Theresa B. has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, particularly in leadership roles at MSCI Inc. from February 2008 to October 2011, including positions as Vice President of Human Resources Projects & Processes and Recruitment Lead for the Americas Region. Responsibilities included managing global recruitment projects, overseeing the applicant tracking system, and leading a team of recruiters across multiple countries. Previously, Theresa held roles at Target as an HR-EIT supporting large distribution teams and as a college recruiting captain, as well as internships at Lockheed Martin and First Data Corporation, where focus was on mentoring program assessments and human resources best practices.
