Thierry Corti has extensive experience in sustainability and climate risk management, having served in various senior roles at Swiss Re from 2014 to 2018, including Senior Sustainability Risk Manager and Head of Sustainability Risk Management. They played a pivotal role in developing Swiss Re's first Group Sustainability Strategy and leading digital transformation projects to enhance ESG risk management. Currently, Corti is the Head of Nature R&D at MSCI Inc. and a lecturer at the University of Zurich, teaching courses on sustainability in banking and insurance, as well as climate change finance. They earned a Ph.D. in Climate Science and a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
