Yana Vardarska

Yana Vardarska is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Co-Head of EMEA Private Assets at MSCI Inc., a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Yana was the Global Client Segment Strategy Manager at Burgiss from May 2020 to December 2024, and previously worked at MSCI Inc. from July 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included leadership roles focused on analytics consulting and risk management solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions at eFront as a Pre-sales Consultant and at FinAnalytica as Director of Client Solutions, where Yana managed client relationships and strategic partnerships.
