Carl Gumbs has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, with a career spanning from 1997 to the present. Currently serving as Production Manager at MSCM Limited since March 2013, previous roles include Workshop Supervisor and Manufacturing Team Leader. Carl's notable experience includes positions at Reading Precision Engineering Ltd as Production Controller, M.S. Precision Ltd as Machining Section Supervisor, and Piddington Engineering Ltd as Production Engineer. Early career roles as CNC Turning Engineer and Trainee Production Engineer focused on precision components manufacturing. Carl holds an HNC in Manufacturing Systems Management from Buckinghamshire New University and an NVQ3 in Engineering from Aylesbury Training Centre.
