Daniel J Finlayson

Daniel J Finlayson has extensive experience in property and facilities management, beginning as a Property Manager at Quinovic Property Management from May 2008 to December 2013. Daniel later held the position of Body Corporate Facilities Manager at Alive Building Solutions from August 2014 to July 2017, before working as a Facilities Manager at Bayleys Property Services from August 2017 to December 2018, and then at Industrious Property from March 2019 to October 2019. Subsequently, Daniel served as Facilities Manager at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited from October 2019 to July 2021, followed by a role as Property Manager at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Daniel is employed as a Senior Workplace (Facilities) Specialist at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) since February 2022.
