Jake Burdess is a seasoned professional in brand and digital design with extensive experience since December 1995 as a Founding Consultant. As the Founder and Executive Director of HEROIC since May 2012, Jake has specialized in enhancing the online presence of small businesses and startups. Additionally, Jake serves as a Senior Product Design Consultant for Toptal and leads UI design at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) in New Zealand. Previous roles include Product Design Lead at Napster, UX Design Manager at Laybuy, Product Design Consultant at chnnl, and UX/UI Consultant at ASB Bank.
