Arjen Vermolen

Arjen Vermolen currently serves as the General Manager for MSD Australia & New Zealand, overseeing a New Zealand Animal Health facility with approximately 200 employees focused on ruminant vaccines. Prior to this role, Arjen held various leadership positions at MSD and Merck, including Director of Operations managing a poultry vaccine production facility and Associate Director Operations coordinating production across U.S. and Mexico sites. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as Deputy IPT Lead and Lead Facilitator for Operational Excellence at Merck, as well as an MRP coordinator and intern at Intervet Schering Plough. Arjen holds an MSc in Mathematical Economics & Econometric Methods from Tilburg University and a BSc in Mathematics from Utrecht University.
