Benjamín Lozano Wiedmaier is a Clinical Data Manager at MSD Switzerland since March 2023, previously serving as a Research Assistant at the Nanophysiology and Structural Biology Lab from January 2021 to December 2022, where machine learning and statistical analyses were applied to metabolomic data related to lipid extraction from fish samples and assessing the impact of multidrug treatments on ICU COVID-19 patients. Additionally, Benjamín worked at the Behavioral Neurobiology and Obesity Lab from July 2021 to February 2022, focusing on mouse tracking data analysis and developing an R package for lickometer device automation. Prior roles include various teaching assistant and coordinator positions at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from March 2018 to December 2020. Benjamín holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and participated in an academic exchange program at Maastricht University in early 2019.
