Lucia Belen Reca

Lucia Belen Reca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical data management and quality control. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Data Manager at MSD Switzerland since June 2021, Lucia previously held multiple roles at MSD from September 2015 to December 2020, including Clinical Data Manager, Project Coordinator for Validation Projects, and Quality Control Supervisor overseeing a team of 21 collaborators. Prior to MSD, Lucia worked at Umicore as a Process and Technology Analyst and at Johnson Matthey as a Laboratory Leader, coordinating quality control for PGM product testing. Lucia's career began at The Linde Group as a Quality Control Analyst. Lucia holds a postgraduate degree in Lean Six Sigma and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, complemented by a background in economy and management from Colegio Santa María.
