Athina Stavrou

Athina Stavrou currently serves as the HR Associate Director for Greece, Malta, and Cyprus at MSD Greece since May 2018, while also holding the title of Strategic HRBP for the Finance Organization in Emerging Markets and China. Prior to this role, Athina held multiple positions at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2018, including Human Resources Manager for Greece, Serbia & Bulgaria, and Human Resources Business Account Manager for CBD/Sales. Early in the career, Athina worked as a Management Consultant at CONTAX S.A. and progressed through roles in Employee Relations and Talent Supply at Procter & Gamble. Athina holds a Master’s degree in Services Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Patras.
