Amy Janzen

Amy Janzen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Associate HR Director for Animal Health UK & Ireland at MSD since July 2021. Prior roles include Associate Director and HR Business Partner at Merck, where strategic advisory and leadership coaching were key responsibilities. Amy's career began at URS Corporation, where extensive HR management experience was gained over more than a decade. Additional experience includes HR roles at Gilead Sciences and AECOM, complemented by an earlier position as Operations Manager at JCIT International. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
