Mark Nolan

Mark Nolan currently serves as the Executive Director for HR at MSD, where responsibilities include leading UK HR and EUCAN MRL regional HR initiatives since March 2025. Before this role, Mark held the position of Executive Director, HR Lead for the UK, Nordics, Baltics, and International Finance at MSD, starting in March 2024, and previously served as Executive Director, HR Lead for MSD Ireland from January 2021 to March 2024. Mark's career at MSD began as HR Lead for MSD Brinny from February 2018 to January 2021. Prior to joining MSD, Mark spent over 16 years at Pfizer Grange Castle as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, and Recruitment Officer. Mark holds degrees in Business and Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Limerick, completed in 2001.
