Doug Eshleman

Doug Eshleman is a Director on the COO team focused on designing, implementing and maintaining effective solutions across the business. He is also a member of MSD’s ESG Committee, DEI Committee, and 401k Committee. Prior to joining MSD in 2013, Doug worked at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank as an CDS Prime Brokerage and OTC Clearing Professional.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University with a Certificate in Applications of Computing. Doug has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
